Planning Division

(I) Coordinate the establishment, preparation, and other operations of the short-to-mid-term development plans of the University.
(II) Coordinate operations related to the evaluation, analysis, and compilation of the requirements of school affairs development.
(III) Promote the administration self-evaluation of the University.
(IV) Coordinate operations related to various academic research projects.
(V) Promote reward operations to motivate faculties and students to carry out research and write papers.
(VI) Coordinate IRB operations of projects.
(VII) Other research and development matters related to school affairs.
